What is Text Compare?

Text Comparison Tool is an online program for comparing text differences and is mainly used to compare and analyze the differences between two pieces of text.

Text comparison tools provide side-by-side or merged views highlighting added, deleted, and modified sections. They allow users to easily review, change, and manipulate content.

How to use the online text comparison tool?

Paste or type into two input boxes separately, click the Compare button, and then the program will show the difference between the two texts.

How to compare text in Microsoft Word?

1. Open Microsoft Word and open the two documents you want to compare.

2. Go to the Review tab on the Word toolbar.

3. Click the Compare button in the Compare group.

4. Select Compare Files from the drop-down menu.

5. In the Original Document section, select the first document.

6. Select the second file in the [Revised Files] section.

7. Click the [OK] button.
